Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days during non-peak periods. Standard shipping times are 3-5 business days depending on the carrier. If you have not received your order after 10 days, please email us at inquiry@nulifekicks.com.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes. You can purchase shipping insurance at checkout. We highly recommend shipping insurance for large and wholesale orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received it.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can reship your order ONLY if you have purchased shipping insurance on your order. Please check with your neighbors and surrounding areas and contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.
I received a damaged or missing item. How can I get assistance ?
Unfortunately mistakes happen. If your item has been damaged, please take pictures of how your packaged arrived and the contents inside and send to inquiry@nulifekicks. We need this information to provide feedback to our carriers.
For both damaged and missing items, please be sure to add your name and order number in your email.
