REFUND POLICY

At NuLife Kicks, we take pride in producing high-quality sneaker restoration products engineered for real results. Due to the nature of our products and sanitation standards, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact our support team (inquiry@nulifekicks.com) within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement product
  • store credit
  • or an approved refund depending on the situation.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer direct exchanges on opened or used products. If an item is unused and unopened, please contact our team for approval before returning any product.

Non-Refundable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • opened or used products
  • international shipping fees
  • refused or abandoned packages
  • orders delayed by carriers
  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Shipping Protection

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $50. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, transit times and delivery conditions are outside of our control.

Additional Information

Because many of our products are manufactured and fulfilled in-house, slight variations in processing times may occur during sales and peak periods. Our goal is always to ensure every order meets the quality and restoration standards our community expects.
