How To Restore
- Apply the solution to the affected areas and scrub with our innovative sponges to lift dirt - Rinse with warm water and dry with a microfiber towel or air compressor. - For maximum brightening, place your shoes under a UV light to help break down oxidation and restore their original look. - Repeat as needed for deep stains and yellowing.
Received an incomplete kit. Beware of not receiving all the items in the advertised listing. My kit came without the O Sponge and received a note saying the O sponge was out of stock and they provided a $10 coupon. The thing is, I remember clear as day that the O sponge was not listed as out of stock when I made the purchase because I went through every product that comes in the kit to learn about the purpose and use for each item and none of them showed out of stock.
The O sponge on its own is $5.99 which the coupon should cover BUT If I try to use the coupon, I still have to purchase something for a minimum of $2 and still pay shipping.
The cheapest items are $5.99. If I add 2 O sponges, and use the coupon, my total is $1.98 but once they add on shipping, the total comes out to $9.82. Essentially, I’d have to come out an additional $10 to receive the missing item that was not included in kit that is advertised on your site.
Instead of letting me know “hey we don’t have the O sponge for your kit so we’re going to credit you $5.99” or shipping the missing product separately to make up for it, they shipped me an incomplete order with a coupon code I can’t use unless I meet the “minimum dollar amount” which can only be done by adding 2 of your lowest priced items and still having to pay an additional $10 from the almost $40 I already spent. Terrible service and business practices. As far the product, it takes a lot longer and multiple sessions to get results you can get 1 or 2 days using other products like sole bright or peroxide.
First time using the Nu Antidote kit and it was very easy to use. I was very impressed with how well it worked on my Jubilee. Anxious to try it on other kicks!!!
Although my order was delayed 4 days after its original arrival time after calling and speaking to the creator of the product himself he resolved my ordering issue and sent out a new order for me that same day. On top of resolving my issue he included an 8oz bottle of JustSuede and a 32oz bottle of NuAntidote the customer service on the call was amazing. This guy really cares about shoes and his customers he gave me a full run down on how to use the products and he got me hooked for life. I have a pair of carmine 6s sitting in the icebox right now and I can’t help but keep peeking I will be shopping again and getting more JustSuede soon.
Extremely impressed. This product actually works with just a cleaning and nothing more..this is just one 48hr session in the icebox! going to do a second session to get it completely back icy..would definitely recommend this product
I'm pretty impressed with the overall product. I like the fact that you do not have to apply an icing to the soles and cling wrap it....however it doesn't do as good a job. It does work, but just not as good as my other sole Icing products. It's also a decent cleaner, but not the best compared to others. & I guess the biggest drawback to me for future purchases would be the PRICE. In my opinion, the spray bottle is small and doesn't last very long for the price you pay. I think for 20-$30....you should at least get a 16oz bottle. Just my honest review.Id just like more bang for my bucks!
I would’ve never thought my shoes can go back to near deadstock. It’s amazing that all of these tools helped me achieve my results. The deoxidization aspect of Nuantidote is mind blowing. This is next level stuff. 10/10 would recommend to everybody.
The product itself works great, but unfortunately, their shipping and customer service need serious improvement. It took 8 days for my first order to even leave their facility and about 3 weeks from the date I ordered for it to arrive.
I placed a second order minutes after the first, and that package never arrived at all. I’ve emailed the company twice trying to find out what happened and have received no response.
It’s really unfortunate because they have such a good product, but the extremely slow shipping, missing package, and lack of communication make the overall experience very disappointing.
